Soup Mama Official, Inc. is being formed as a 501(c)(3) corporation with the intent for all donations are fully tax-deductible.** The Soup Mama Official, Inc. Political Action Fund (PAF) is the advocacy and political arm of Soup Mama Official, formed to support like-minded Americans with the educational and other resources they need to be involved citizens who work together to fight any and all forms of tyranny, restore our government, and reclaim our God given unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in accordance with the original intent of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. Soup Mama Official PAF is established as a 501(c)(4) organization, and as such, donations are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.

Soup Mama Official, Inc. is comprised of an autonomous group of Patriots whose mission is to partner with all freedom-loving people through providing catering services. We recognize that the food we prepare rallies our staff, donors, and the attendees at patriotic events around a common goal: the restoration of our Constitutional Republic as it was intended by our founders. The “kitchen” is a place for people to gather and exchange ideas and information around hearty and nutritious food. It is in this spirit that the Soup Mama Official organization was founded. Although Soup Mama Official is incorporated in the state of New York, we are also in full support of our patriot brothers and sisters who live around the country and throughout the world. We welcome all patriot organizations to collaborate with us, and we strive to support them.

Soup Mama Official has filed Form 1023-EZ, “Application for Recognition of Exemption” under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code but has not yet received a letter recognizing its exempt status. As such, contributors to the above-mentioned organization do not have advanced assurance of deductibility while the organization’s application is pending. If the above-mentioned organization ultimately qualifies for exemption for the period in which the donation is made, the contribution will be tax deductible by the donor to the extent permitted by law. Alternately, if the organization does not qualify for exemption, then the donation will not be tax deductible.
